four was killed in a car-to-car shooting on highway four in and the pittsburg police department plans to ask the city council for funding today-- to buy new surveillance cameras for the city. the department is asking for 100-thousand dollars to expand the camera system onto highway four because of the recent shootings on that major freeway. there are already 120 surveillance cameras spread out across pittsburg at busy intersections and parks. if the funding for additional cameras is approved. police say they'll be able to use the a majority of the highway shootings have gone unsolved. >> darya:in the south bay. the power is back on this morning for nearly 600 p-g-and-e customers in san jose. after a fire broke out at an auto repair shop. the fire started around nine last night on willow street and south almaden avenue. it took firefighters about two hours to get the fire under control. the fire spread through the auto repair shop and to some nearby power lines and transformers. causing one transformer to blow. about 580 customers in the area were without power while crews
